Arietty is new and sparkling animation from the Japanese Ghibli Studio. Tiny Arietty lives under the floor of a big beautiful house with her equally tiny parents. The house’s owners are happily ignorant of their tenants. Everything the tiny family owns, they get or make from things they have borrowed. But life in hiding is not always easy and therefore, the borrowers' lives are full of dangers and excitement. Arietty has always been warned: if they are seen by a human, they have to move. What happens when a 12-year-old boy moves into the house?
Tales of the Night is an adventurous animation takes you on a journey throughout the world. A boy and a girl meet one evening in an old and magical cinema. There they let their imagination run wild and dive into exciting adventures from all corners of the world. We meet with princes, princesses, monsters and giants. The beautiful, classic silhouette animation is superbly mastered by director Michel Ocelot and combined with tastefully used 3D technology. This is a great adventure movie for the whole family.
Tinga Tinga Tales is an imaginative Kenyan animation series for the youngest ones. A collection of exciting African stories explain why and how the animals have become the way they are. Do you for example know why the snake doesn’t have legs? Do you know why the hippo doesn’t have hair? Why is the bat hanging upside down and why does the owl have such good eyesight? We dive into a colourful African fauna inspired by traditional animal tales from Tanzania. Tinga Tinga Tales gives you funny answers to questions you did not know you were wondering about! Suitable for children from the age of three.
