Breakfast Screening
Friday, November 13, there will be a breakfast screening of NO GOOD MEN. This means that the film starts early in the morning, and there will be a light breakfast served beforehand.
Remember to show up a bit before the films' start times to have time for a coffee and something to eat.
About the film
Afghanistan, 2021, right before the Taliban reclaims power. Naru, the only female camera operator at a TV station in Kabul, fights to keep custody of her son. After leaving her chronically cheating husband, she is convinced there are no good men in her country. So she is surprised when an important TV journalist offers her a job. As they crisscross the city to report on the last days of freedom, sparks fly between them, and she starts doubting her own conviction.
