A married couple of seemingly innocent, indigenous Bolivians are also the most notorious criminals in the country. They dress up in traditional, folkloric costumes to do their criminal deeds. We follow the two smuggling 50 kilos of cocaine across the country, through Bolivia and into Brazil. On this trip we encounter all kind of original characters, among them the Beauty King of Bolivia, who is actually from the USA and two policemen with very dubious moral as their eternal enemies. The film is full of special effects. MTV meets the folklore of the Andes, in a comical way, pushed to the edge. Colourful characters embedded in plenty of action and humour makes this a spicy, funny film. kb
