The dialogues are quick, the action intense and the villains’ laughter especially evil. Flying Swords of Dragon Gate is jam-packed with powerful emotions, intricate schemes and hard-hitting fists. Eunuchs, robbers, warriors and princesses all fight to gain riches and power, and in the great tradition of wuxia, all talented characters can fly. They fight with swords, chains and ropes, with intelligence and with trickery. This is not a movie to be taken too seriously, but why ruin such a great story with seriousness?
