A Japanese film team is shooting a zombie film, in a purportedly haunted building and with the crazed director demanding to see “real fear in your eyes!”. So when the team are attacked by what seem to be real zombies, it is not a nightmare-come-true, but a unique opportunity for him to make the ultimate zombie flick. One Cut of the Dead is laugh-out-loud funny, and a film that never ceases to surprise us. If you are a fan of stuff like What We Do In the Shadows, you will love this impressively creative twist on a genre that never seems to run out of remake opportunities.

One Cut of the Dead is screened with Norwegian subtitles.
