About the Tibetan cultural performance by Tibetan-Norwegian dancers:

Youth and adults from the Tibetan community in Norway will perform a popular circle dance known as Nyingtri Monlam, which translates to “prayers from the heart.” The dancers' costumes come from two different provinces in Tibet, the U-Tsang and Kham regions. The dance will be performed by Ngawang, Sangye, Norzin, Kunchok Tempa, Tsering, Kelsang Dickey, and Doma.

The second dance, performed by Tibetan-Norwegian youth Doma, Sangye, and Tsering, will showcase a mashup dance that takes you on a journey from traditional dances to the most popular modern circle dances trending today. The selected songs are from the three main regions: Kham, Amdo, and U-Tsang.
