Fando and Lis

Fando and Lis is probably the closest we will get to see Jodorowsky, Arrabal and Topor's "Panic Movement"-theatre on film. We are led straight into a universe where all cities, except for Tar, are laid in ruins. Those who find the city can feel eternity while swimming in water and wine and playing with gramophones. A couple, Fando and Lis, are searching for this promised land. Their relationship is put to the test by the strange creatures they meet. krj
