Khadar Ayderus Ahmed
Khadar Ayderus Ahmed (b. 1981) is a Finnish Somali writer and director born in Mogadishu, Somalia. He has directed several short films, including The Night Thief (2017). He has also made a notable career as a scriptwriter, having written the feature drama Unexpected Journey (2017) with Samuli Valkama and the short film Citizens (2008). The Gravedigger’s Wife (2021) is his first feature film.
