The Book of Life (3D)
In this animated comedy, we meet Manolo, a young man who is torn between following his family tradition and his heart. The story begins on The Day of the Dead, a day where spirits are crossing over different worlds and anything can happen. We follow Manolo (Diego Luna), and his childhood friends Maria (Zoe Saldana) and Joaquin (Channing Tatum). Manolo and Jaquin are both in love with Maria. They soon find themselves in a love triangle, and it is not unlikely that the spirits have a finger in the pie. Behind this movie, we find the Oscar nominated producer Guillermo del Toro and director Jorge Gutierrez. Together, they have created a unique and artistically charming universe. iu
The film is screened in 3D with English spoken language and no subtitles.
