Shortly after the American withdrawal from Afghanistan, filmmaker Ibrahim Nash'at gains unique access to the Taliban's occupation of what is claimed to be the CIA's former base, the Hollywood Gate complex.

The director of this intense documentary has gained a truly unique level of access. He was invited in by the Taliban after the U.S. withdrew from the country in 2021. The Taliban believe Nash'at is making a propaganda film and, therefore, set clear boundaries on what he is allowed to document outside the base. However, this becomes a strength. He must shadow Commander Malawi Mansour as he works to revive the abandoned American base. Risking his life, Nash'at has created a unique and gripping documentary film
