The full program for Films From the South 2020 is out, and the ticket sale is open!
This year’s program includes over 90 films from Asia, Africa and Latin America, a treasure trove of classics, in additions to several debates, film talks and events. Films from the South 2020 takes place November 26th–December 6th at the cinemas Vega Scene, Nordisk Film Kino Vika and Cinemateket.

Sadly, we can not offer the option to purchase full festival tickets this year, only tickets to individual screenings and events. Find further information regarding ticket sales and infection control measures at our cinemas here.
It is important to us to be able to guarantee a safe and contamination free festival environment. But for those who can not or do not want to visit the cinemas during the festival period, we have created a new digital festival platform, giving you the opportunity to stream the festival film to your own home. You will be able to see many films from this year’s official Films From the South selection, in addition to exclusive titles that will only be available online. The digital festival will be open from November 15th to December 15th.
