When a father and son who despise each other are forced to spend one final, special night together, they find a form of understanding between them.
When Farouk’s father wakes up after six months in a coma, Farouk is tasked by his brother with taking care of him once he returns home. This marks the beginning of one final night together, in which they are forced to confront their hateful relationship. For Farouk, it means facing a childhood shaped by violence, humiliation, and love for his mother. Over the course of the night, hidden secrets are revealed, and both must reckon with their past — and with each other. Brutality and vulnerability rise to the surface in an intense drama that leaves a deep impression.
