The Mangapolis Day
Back in 2016, Films From the South launched the program section "Mangapolis" for the first time. This year, we are re-introducing it with a dedicated Mangapolis Day at Vega Scene! This will take place on Saturday the 20th of November.
We take a deep dive into animé culture on this special Saturday, and hope to tickle the curiousity of dedicated fans as well as others who might be interested. We will be screening a handful of new animé gems in addition to some known and beloved classics.
The Embassy of Japan in Norway and Teaology will be present at Vega Scene the whole day.
With each screening you attend, you have the chance to win a goodiebag courtesy of Outland.
